Picklly Notifications (SMS)

Picklly Notifications is an optional text-message program for members of pickleball communities on Picklly. It's off unless you turn it on, and you can stop it at any time by replying STOP.

What you'll receive

If you opt in, Picklly and the communities you belong to may text you:

  • announcements when a new event, league, mixer or tournament is set up;
  • event reminders, RSVP invitations and changes to events you're attending;
  • waitlist updates — for example, when a spot opens up for you;
  • messages about your account.

Message frequency varies with your communities' activity — typically no more than a few messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Picklly doesn't charge for text messages.

How to opt in

  1. Sign in to your Picklly account at accounts.picklly.co, or open My Account on your community's Picklly site.
  2. Enter your mobile number in the Mobile phone field.
  3. Tick the Text me Picklly notifications box (shown below) and save.

The box is never pre-ticked, and you can't tick it until you've entered a mobile number. Opting in isn't required to join a community, RSVP to an event or buy anything. If you change your number, texts switch off until you tick the box again for the new number.

Text me Picklly notifications I agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Picklly and my communities (new event, league, mixer and tournament announcements, event reminders, RSVP invitations and changes, waitlist updates, and account notices) at the mobile number above.   • Knupple Pickleball: You're invited to Holiday Round Robin on Sat, Dec 12 at 9:00 AM. RSVP: https://knupple.picklly.co/events/145/rsvp Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Knupple Pickleball: Good news — a spot opened in Friday Night Mixer (Fri, Oct 24) and you're in! No need to do anything. Details: https://knupple.picklly.co/leagues/18 Reply STOP to opt out.

Stopping texts and getting help

  • Reply STOP to any message to stop all Picklly texts. You'll get one confirmation and no further messages.
  • Reply START to turn them back on.
  • Reply HELP, or email support@picklly.co, for help.
  • You can also turn texts off any time in your Picklly account settings.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the full details.
